Terms & Conditions

1. About Social Blitz
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Social Blitz ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services or signing a service agreement, you ("the client") agree to these terms in full.

2. Services
Social Blitz provides the following services:
- Social media management (Bronze, Silver and Gold packages)
- Content creation including captions, graphics and short-form video
- Community management
- Photography and drone video content
- Website design and build
- Website hosting
The specific services included in your agreement will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement.
3. Social Media Packages
We offer three monthly social media management packages:
- Bronze — £250/month: 8 posts per month, offers & events coverage, captions & hashtags, scheduled posting, comment management, monthly report
- Silver — £350/month: 12 posts per month, 2 short videos (Reels/TikTok), monthly 2-hour content shoot, campaign planning, community management, monthly report
- Gold — £450/month: 16 posts per month, 4 short videos (Reels/TikTok), 1–2 monthly content shoots, campaign strategy, paid ads guidance, monthly strategy call
All packages are billed monthly. Payment is due at the start of each billing period.
4. Website Build & Hosting
4.1 Website with Social Media Package
Clients who are active on a Social Blitz social media package (Bronze, Silver or Gold) may have a website built and hosted by Social Blitz for £50 per month, in addition to their monthly package fee.
The following terms apply to websites built under this arrangement:
- Social Blitz retains full ownership of the website for the duration of the 12-month minimum term
- Upon completion of 12 consecutive months of payment, full ownership of the website transfers to the client
- If the client cancels their social media package or website hosting before completing the 12-month term, the website remains the property of Social Blitz and the client forfeits all rights to the website and its content
- No refunds will be issued for partial months or early cancellation
- Website hosting is only available to clients who maintain an active social media package with Social Blitz
4.2 Standalone Website Build
Clients who do not hold a Social Blitz social media package may commission a standalone website build. Standalone website builds are priced between £495 and £995 as a one-off fee, depending on the scope and complexity of the project.
- A quote will be provided prior to commencement
- A 50% deposit is required before work begins
- The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to the website going live
- Full ownership of the website transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment
- Ongoing hosting and maintenance is the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed
5. Payment Terms
- Monthly fees are due at the start of each billing period
- Invoices not paid within 14 days may result in services being paused
- Services will resume upon receipt of outstanding payment
- We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 8% above the Bank of England base rate
6. Minimum Term & Cancellation
- All social media packages carry a minimum term of 1 month
- Website hosting (with social media package) carries a minimum term of 12 months
- To cancel, you must provide at least 30 days' written notice by email to hello@socialblitz.co.uk
- Cancellation of a social media package also terminates the website hosting agreement
- Early cancellation of website hosting results in forfeiture of the website as outlined in clause 4.1
7. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide timely access to social media accounts, brand assets and relevant information
- Review and approve content where required within agreed timeframes
- Ensure all information provided to us is accurate and lawful
- Not make changes to Social Blitz-managed accounts without prior notice
8. Intellectual Property
- All content created by Social Blitz (posts, graphics, copy, video) remains the property of Social Blitz until full payment has been received
- Upon payment, the client is granted a licence to use content created for them
- Websites remain the property of Social Blitz until the conditions in clause 4 have been met
- The client warrants that any materials they provide to Social Blitz do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
9. Limitation of Liability
Social Blitz will not be held liable for:
- Changes to social media platform algorithms, policies or features beyond our control
- Loss of followers, reach or engagement resulting from platform changes
- Any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from our services
- Any downtime or technical issues caused by third-party hosting or platform providers
Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of our working relationship and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
